"Villa Bonaire" is a detached, 5 bed / 3 bath, luxury villa, with
its own private pool and an open aspect rear garden overlooking
the beautiful woodland conservation which surrounds the
Town Center community.
The villa has a stylish open plan lay-out with vaulted ceilings,
which creates a wonderful feeling of space. The 1768 square
feet of living space is fully air conditioned (or heated). The home features a high speed wireless internet connection
"Villa Bonaire" can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests,
plus a further 2 on a sleeper sofa, if required. A complimentary
cot/crib and high chair are also available for the smallest
member of your party.
The villa now features a Games Room with pool table, air hockey, foosball table and darts.
The large pool (approx. 25ft by 12ft) and sun deck provide
space for you and all your guests to relax and enjoy the
Florida sunshine, or to watch those famous Floridian sunsets.
Patio furniture is supplied for your use, this includes sun-loungers to enable you to top up that tan! If you require a little shade, there is a covered lanai/porch area. To allow you to fully appreciate the outdoor lifestyle, we provide a complimentary gas BBQ for that alfresco dining experience.
