ELECTRIC POOL HEATING

Optional extra - recommended from October through to April. GBP70/USD120 per week or GBP10/USD20 per day for shorter bookings.

The above rental charges are inclusive of electricity (except pool heating), water, air-conditioning & heating, local telephone calls, high speed wireless internet connection, cable television, use of swimming pool, refuse collection, local and State taxes, housekeeping/cleaning - before and after your stay (except for rentals of less than 1 week when daily rental rate applies and end clean is a separate charge), maintenance of the gardens plus servicing/cleaning/maintenance of the swimming pool throughout your stay, use of linens, towels and all furniture, entertainment equipment, fixtures and fittings.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

I. Please email to check the availability of your chosen dates. The online availability calendar is updated regularly; however it only shows confirmed (not provisional) bookings.

2. A provisional reservation will remain valid for a period of 5 working days.

3. Any booking must be confirmed by forwarding the completed Booking Form together with a non-refundable booking deposit of GBP150/USD240 (or part thereof) for each week booked. The Booking Form and deposit must be received within 5 days of any provisional reservation.

4. The full balance together with Security Bond (see Terms and Conditions) must be received at least 10 weeks prior to departure.

5. For bookings within 10 weeks of departure, the full amount together with Security Bond is payable at the time of booking.

6.All payments to be in GBP or USD unless otherwise arranged with the owners. Payments can be made by cheque, wire transfer or visa/mastercard. All charges incurred when making wire/electronic transfers are to be borne by the guest. A 3% handling fee applies to all credit card bookings.

7.Receipts/acknowledgements will be issued at each stage for all monies received.

8.Directions, maps and other general information will be forwarded following payment of balance.

NOTE : It is strongly recommended that adequate travel/holiday/medical insurance be arranged for all members of your party at the time of booking in order to cover the eventuality of cancellation for reasons beyond their control.
